About

Charles Neugebauer, Master Jeweler
Charles Neugebauer is a second-generation jeweler and was born in the Black Hills of South Dakota.  Charles was raised with the old fashioned ethics of hard work, honesty and integrity.  His grandfather, Gerhardt Neugebauer, was a well-known and highly respected jeweler from the ‘40’s until his retirement in the ‘90’s.  Following in his grandfather’s footsteps, Charles was educated by the Gemological Institute of America, earning the industry coveted Graduate Gemologist degree and the Accredited Jewelry Professional degree.  His experience is long and varied, having served as a bench jeweler and repair shop manager.  Even though humble, Charles is passionate about delivering excellence.

Darla Alvarez, Graduate Jeweler
Darla Alvarez, a Colorado Springs native, has long appreciated the discipline of meshing education with artistry.  She graduated as valedictorian of Palmer High School and went on to graduate summa cum laude from the University of Colorado with a degree in philosophy.  After graduation, an intense interest in jewelry blossomed, and an opportunity to attend the Gemological Institute of America led to credentials as an Accredited Jewelry Professional, as well as a Graduate Jeweler degree.  She has continued to hone her skills, exposing herself to old world techniques as well as the technology of tomorrow.  Pride in creation and honest hard work are the benchmarks of craftsmanship and are the guiding principles she uses every day.
